[Introduction]:PN1-S25 wireless module is a Profinet to Modbus RTU gateway module designed for industrial communication. It is used to map Modbus data to Profinet. It uses GSD files for integration, and can read and write Modbus devices without code. Data can be quickly set and transferred to the PLC. All Modbus commands are loaded in the form of modules. The memory mapping relationship between Profinet and Modbus is intuitive and can be queried in STEP 7 or TIA Portal software. The status byte can be loaded to query the connection status of the Modbus device and monitor the device status in real time. It supports Modbus RTU (master/slave) protocol.
| Serial number | Pin silk screen | describe |
NC | Dangling
TXD2 | The serial port sends data, and the TTL level communication voltage only supports 3.3V
RXD2 | The serial port receives data, and the TTL level communication voltage only supports 3.3V
RXD2_LED | The output is flipped when serial port 2 receives data. The default output is high level. When receiving data, it outputs 25Hz square wave.
TX2_EN | Serial port 2 sends indication pin, which is set high when the serial port sends data and low normally; this pin can be used as RS485 chip enable control pin
TXD2_LED | The output of serial port 2 is flipped when there is data to send, the default output is high level, and the output is 25Hz square wave when receiving data
RXD1_LED | The output flips when serial port 1 receives data. The default output is high level. When receiving data, it outputs 25Hz square wave.
TXD1_LED | The output flips when serial port 1 has data to send, and the default output is high level. When receiving data, it outputs a 25Hz square wave
ERR_LED | (Modbus) Communication error indication, pull low: Modbus communication abnormal; set high: Modbus communication normal; when the configuration software controls the flashing indicator light, the level flips at the same time as SYS
SYS_LED | System (PN connection), pull low: PROFINET connection established, set high: PROFINET connection not established; when the configuration software controls the flashing indicator light, the level is flipped at the same time as ERR

GND | Common ground terminal, negative power input
GND | Common ground terminal, negative power input
VCC | Power positive input, supports 3.3V input
VCC | Power positive input, supports 3.3V input

NRST | By default, the internal pull-up is set to high, and the module will restart if the pull-down is set to low (about 100ms).
RELOAD | The factory reset pin has an internal weak pull-up and can be connected to an external reset button. A low level of about 5 to 10 seconds can restore the factory settings; a low level of 0.5 to 2 seconds can restart the module; pull low in the power-off state and then power on, and the device enters the upgrade mode;
NC | Dangling
LINK_LED | 10M PHY indicator light, pulled low after successful PHY negotiation, flashes when data is being sent or received;
SPD_LED | 100M PHY indicator light, pulled low after PHY negotiation is successful, flashes when data is being sent or received;
GND | Common ground terminal, negative power input
GND | Common ground terminal, negative power input
RX_N | Ethernet receiving RX-signal
RX_P | Ethernet receives RX+ signal
TX_N | Ethernet sends TX-signal
TX_P | Ethernet sends TX+ signal
NC | Dangling
WDI | Module working indication. This pin will continuously output square wave (1K-1MHZ) after the module is working normally.
TXD1 | The serial port sends data, and the TTL level communication voltage only supports 3.3V
RXD1 | The serial port receives data, and the TTL level communication voltage only supports 3.3V
