[Introduction]:NE2-S1-TB single serial port server module is a serial port to Ethernet module that realizes bidirectional transparent transmission of serial port and Ethernet data. Users do not need to care about the specific details, and the protocol conversion is completed inside the device. It has a variety of Modbus gateway modes and MQTTC/HTTPC IoT gateway modes, which can meet the networking functions of various serial devices/PLCs.
| Serial Number | Pin Function | describe |
RX_P | Ethernet receives RX+ signal;
RX_N | Ethernet receives RX- signal;
TX_P | Ethernet transmits TX+ signal;
TX_N | Ethernet transmits TX- signal;
NC | Default is floating;
NC | Default is floating;
TXD | For serial port data transmission, TTL level communication voltage is only supported at 3.3V. If 5V is connected, level conversion is required.
NC | Default is floating;
NC | Default is floating;
RXD | For serial port data reception, TTL level communication voltage is only supported at 3.3V. If 5V is connected, level conversion is required.
485_EN | The serial port operates in full-duplex mode by default. If an external RS485 chip is connected, a 1k pull-down resistor is connected to this pin, and the pin function becomes an RS485 enable control pin. It is set high when the serial port sends data and low under normal conditions.
NC | Default is floating;
NC | Default is floating;
NC | Default is floating;
RST | External reset input, valid for more than 100ns when low; internal weak pull-up.
NC | Default is floating;
LINK | High: Network cable not connected; 2Hz square wave: Network cable connected normally but link not connected; Low: Network link connected successfully;
NC | Default is floating;
NC | Default is floating;
IO_RST | Factory reset pins, internal weak pull-up, can be connected to an external reset button, low level for 5~10s restores factory settings; low level for 200~800ms restarts the device;
NC | Default is floating;
TX_LED | The serial port data transmission LED indicator is set to high level by default and outputs a 10Hz square wave when transmitting data.
GND | Common ground terminal, negative power input terminal;
VCC1 | For DC 3.1~6V power supply with a positive input of 5.0V, the recommended power supply load capacity is 300mA or higher .
GND | Common ground terminal, negative power input terminal;
RX_LED | The serial port data receiving LED indicator is set to high level by default and outputs a 10Hz square wave when receiving data.
NC | Default is floating;
NC | Default is floating;
NC | Default is floating;
NC | Default is floating;
LINKLED | The 10M PHY indicator light goes low after successful PHY negotiation and flashes when data is being transmitted or received.
SPDLED | 100M PHY indicator light: pulls low after successful PHY negotiation, flashes when data is being transmitted or received;
NC | Default is floating;
NC | Default is floating;
VCC2 | 3.3V@50mA , with a maximum output capability of 50mA ;
GND | Common ground terminal, negative power input terminal;
