[Introduction]:E220-400T30D adopts a new generation of LoRa spread spectrum technology and a wireless serial port module (UART) designed based on the LLCC68 chip scheme. It has a variety of transmission methods, works in the (410.125 ~ 493.125MHz) frequency band (default 433.125MHz), TTL level output, compatible with 3.3V and 5V IO port voltage.
| Serial Number | pin | Pin direction | Remark |
| 1 | M0 | Input (very weak pull-up) | In conjunction with M1, it determines the module's four operating modes (it cannot be left floating; if not in use, it can be grounded). |
| 2 | M1 | Input ( very weak pull-up ) | In conjunction with M0, it determines the module's four operating modes (it cannot be left floating; if not in use, it can be grounded). |
| 3 | RXD | Input | TTL serial port input, connected to the external TXD pin (configurable as open drain or pull-up input, see manual for details). |
| 4 | TXD | Output | TTL serial port output, connected to the external RXD pin (configurable as open-drain or push-pull output, see manual for details ). |
| 5 | TO | Output | Used to indicate the module's operating status; outputs a low level during the power-on self-test initialization period when the user wakes up the external MCU. It can be configured as an open-drain output or a push-pull output; see parameter settings for details. (Can be left floating) |
| 6 | VCC | Input | Module power supply positive reference, voltage range: 3.0V~5.5V DC |
| 7 | GND | Input | Module ground wire |
