[Introduction]:The E22-170T33S is a new-generation LoRa wireless data transmission module. Developed based on SEMTECH's high-performance RF chip, this series (UART) LoRa module boasts a maximum transmit power of 33dBm, multiple transmission modes, and an operating frequency range of 150.125MHz to 173.125MHz (factory default: 170.125MHz). It features TTL output and is compatible with 3.3V IO port voltage. Utilizing the latest generation of LoRa spread spectrum technology, the wireless module offers faster speeds, lower power consumption, and a smaller size. It supports functions such as wake-up over air, wireless configuration, carrier sensing, automatic relaying, and communication key authentication. It also supports packet length configuration and offers custom development services.

Pin number Pin Name Pin direction Pin Purpose
GND input Module ground wire
VCC input Module power positive reference, voltage range: 2.7~5.5V DC
TO Output Used to indicate the module's operating status. When the user wakes up the external MCU and the module is just powered on to execute the boot program, this pin is in the pull-up input state. If it is not detected to be pulled low externally, it will immediately switch to output, normally indicating the module's operating status. During self-test initialization, it outputs a low level (high level: module idle; low level: module busy).
TXD Output TTL serial port output, connected to external RXD input pin;
RXD input TTL serial port input, connected to external TXD output pin;
M1 Input (very weak pull-up) Cooperate with M0 to determine the 4 working modes of the module (cannot be left floating, can be grounded if not used)
M0 Input (very weak pull-up) Cooperate with M1 to determine the 4 working modes of the module (cannot be left floating, can be grounded if not used)
ON Output Antenna interface (high frequency signal output, 50 ohm characteristic impedance)
