EWD611-900NW20(485) is a long-distance image transmission + data transmission integrated radio developed by Ebyte. It supports star networking, with a maximum of 8 sub-nodes. With a transmission rate of 16Mbps, it can transmit 4 channels of 1080p video and simultaneously perform transparent transmission through both network ports and serial ports. It operates in the 850MHz-930MHz frequency range, with a maximum RF output power of 20dBm.

It supports relay networking functionality, with a simple master-slave mode switch, enabling one-button pairing and ease of use.

The EWD611-900NW20(485) radio uses universal AT commands for quick and easy operation. The radio can be widely used in various fields, including smart wearables, home automation, home security, personal healthcare, smart appliances, accessories and remote controls, automotive, lighting, industrial internet, smart data collection, and smart control

LoRa Wireless Data Transmission Module

EWM226-xxxT22S is a transceiver lawnmower LoRa wireless data transmission module that operates in the 410-510MHz, 863-870MHz, or 902-928MHz frequency ranges. It supports multiple power levels, freely switchable air data rates, a wide range of serial port baud rates, and is easy to operate.

With an ultra-small size of just 14*17.5mm, it has a maximum transmission power of 22dBm. It adopts the next-generation LoRa spread spectrum technology, ensuring stable communication and long transmission distances. It uses universal AT commands, making it easy to develop. Its strong penetration capability ensures communication stability.

The module supports firmware upgrades via serial port and can be updated using a firmware upgrade tool, facilitating development and usage. Under ideal conditions, the communication distance can reach up to 5.0 km. It supports dual antennas (IPEX/stamp hole) for easier built-in integration. Air data rates of 4800bps, 9600bps, and 19200bps are supported. With high-speed transmission, it is suitable for applications such as lawnmowers requiring fast data transmission

Power Amplifier Module

The E21-xxxG37S is a pure hardware RF mid-power amplifier (PA) with a maximum output power of 37dBm, covering frequency ranges of 220-236MHz and 410-493MHz. The corresponding models are E21-230G37S and E21-400G37S for the respective frequency bands. The module includes an LNA low-noise amplifier, significantly enhancing wireless communication distance.

Using imported high-quality PA chips and our unique design, the module greatly improves PA efficiency and reduces operating temperatures. It can continuously transmit data in an environment with temperatures ranging from -40°C to +85°C. The built-in LNA, filters, and amplitude-limiting devices lower noise and improve sensitivity, thus expanding the communication range.

With ultra-low power consumption, the standby current is only 3uA. The control is simple, requiring only two I/O ports to switch between transmit and receive modes. The SOP surface-mount design is compact and easily embedded. The entire solution is designed to industrial standards, with a large bare copper area on the back for optional heat dissipation based on customer needs. It is highly stable, suitable for various applications, and is already widely used in multiple industries with characteristics of stable performance, long transmission distance, and strong penetration.

2.4G Wireless Serial Port Module

The E28-2G4TxxSX series is a wireless serial port module (UART) based on SEMTECH’s SX1281 RF chip. It supports transparent transmission, operates in the 2.4GHz frequency band, and uses three modulation techniques: LoRa, FLRC, and GFSK. It outputs TTL levels. The models E28-2G4T12S, E28-2G420SX, and E28-2G4T27SX correspond to 12.5dBm, 20dBm, and 27dBm output power levels, respectively.

The module features data encryption and compression. The transmitted data is randomized and encrypted using a strict algorithm, ensuring secure data transmission. The compression function reduces transmission time and minimizes the chances of interference, enhancing reliability and efficiency. The design includes optional dual antennas (IPEX/stamp hole), which facilitates secondary development and integration.
