Ebyte's new EWD95M series Micro DIN-rail DTU are now available! To meet the needs of diverse user scenarios, we've launched a variety of targeted wireless data radios, utilizing different communication technologies and offering diverse solutions. These radios feature transparent RS485/RS232 interfaces, a plastic housing, and a DIN-rail mounting structure, making them compact and easy to use. They are widely applicable in the IoT, smart home, industrial control, environmental monitoring, building automation, and other fields. Models are coming soon, so please inquire!

SL Series—LoRa Data Radio

The EWD95M-400SLxx(xxx) wireless data radio utilizes military-grade LoRa modulation technology, offering multiple transmission modes and operating in the 410.125MHz to 493.125MHz frequency band (default 433.125MHz). The radio provides transparent RS485/RS232 interfaces, features a plastic housing, DIN-rail mounting, and supports a wide voltage input range of 5V to 28V (DC). LoRa spread spectrum technology offers extended communication range and strong anti-interference capabilities.

Multi-level relay networking enables effective extension of communication distance, enabling ultra-long-distance communication. Supporting LBT, the radio automatically waits for transmission based on ambient noise levels, significantly improving communication success rates in harsh environments.

LN Series—LoRaWAN Node Data Radio

The EWD95M-400LNxx(xxx) are wireless data radios based on the standard LoRaWAN protocol, interoperable with standard LoRaWAN networks. They ship with pre-installed LoRaWAN standard firmware and operate in the 410-510 MHz frequency band. The EWD95M-900LNxx(xxx) operate in the 850-930 MHz frequency band and provide transparent RS485/RS232 interfaces.

They support LoRaWAN 1.0.3 EU433/CN470 standards or LoRaWAN 1.0.4 EU868, US915, AU915, AS923, IN865, KR920, and RU864 standards, supporting Class A and Class C node types, and both ABP and OTAA network access methods.

NW Series—LoRa Mesh Networking Data Radio

The EWD95M-400NWxx(xxx) is a wireless data radio that utilizes the latest LoRa Mesh networking technology, featuring decentralization, self-routing, network self-healing, and multi-level routing. It features a compact plastic housing and DIN-rail mounting.
The radio utilizes a decentralized architecture, with the entire network consisting of routing nodes and end nodes. Network management requires no central node or coordinator, making network setup simple and easy to use.

GF Series—GFSK Modulation Data Radio

The EWD95M-433GFxx(xxx) is a wireless data radio that utilizes GFSK modulation technology. It offers multiple transmission modes and operates in the 410MHz to 450MHz frequency band (default 433MHz). GFSK modulation technology enables more data to be transmitted within limited spectrum resources.
The radio supports over-the-air wake-up, wireless configuration, relay networking, and communication key encryption. It also features data encryption, using rigorous encryption and decryption algorithms to ensure data security, improve communication reliability, and enhance transmission efficiency.

GL Series—Domestic LoRa Data Radio

The EWD95M-400GLxx(xxx) is a wireless data radio based on the Ebyte E290-T series serial port module (UART). It utilizes ChirpIoT™ spread spectrum technology, supports multiple transmission modes, and operates in the 410.125-493.125MHz frequency band (default 433.125MHz).
The data radio utilizes the latest generation of ChirpIoT™ spread spectrum technology, supports half-duplex wireless communication, and offers high interference resistance and sensitivity. It supports features such as wake-up over air, wireless configuration, automatic relaying, communication keys, AT commands, IAP upgrades, and packet length configuration.

C Series—High-Speed Continuous Data Radios

The EWD95M-433Cxx(xxx) is a data radio based on the Ebyte E610-T series high-speed continuous transmission wireless module. It operates in the 410-441MHz frequency band (default 433MHz). It provides a transparent RS485/RS232 interface, features a plastic housing, DIN-rail mounting, and supports a wide voltage input range of 5-28V (DC).

In continuous transmission mode, it can perform continuous transmission at different serial port baud rates, with low data output latency on the receiving end, making it suitable for scenarios requiring rapid transmission of large amounts of data.

N Series—Wireless Narrowband Data Radio

The EWD95M-433Nxx(xxx) is a wireless data radio based on the Ebyte E30-T series serial port module (UART). It features half-duplex, integrated transceiver, and transparent transmission. It operates in the 425-450.5MHz frequency band (default 433MHz). It provides transparent RS485/RS232 interfaces and features a plastic housing and DIN-rail mounting.

The radio features a software-based forward error correction (FEC) algorithm, which provides high coding efficiency and strong error correction capabilities. In the event of sudden interference, it can actively correct data packets, significantly improving reliability and transmission distance.

H Series—Automatic Frequency Hopping Data Radio

The EWD95M-2G4Hxx(xxx) is a wireless data radio based on the Ebyte E34-T series serial port module (UART), operating in the 2.4-2.518GHz frequency band (default 2.4GHz). The radio features automatic frequency hopping, strong anti-interference capabilities, high transmission rates, and low latency.

Automatic frequency hopping technology ensures confidentiality and anti-interference capabilities. Compared to fixed-frequency communication, frequency hopping is more discreet and difficult to intercept. Frequency hopping also offers excellent anti-interference capabilities. Even if some frequencies are interfered with, normal communication can still be maintained on other uninterrupted frequencies.
